Josh is a 28-year-old graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in sport management and is one of the most sought after speed, agility, quickness, and sports performance coaches in the South. He worked for Speed City International in Jackson, Mississippi for 7 years and served as the head speed and strength coach for D1 Sports Training, Franklin, Tennessee for 3 years. While at D1, Josh was key in running the personal training side of the company. Over his career he has worked with many pro and amateur athletes, from many of the major sports leagues. Josh currently serves as the Director of Takes 2 Fitness at the Roundabout Plaza location.While at Delta State University, Josh was a wide receiver for the National Champion Fighting Okra football team then transferred to the University of Memphis where he received a racquetball scholarship. While at Memphis, he won a national championship in 2003 and a U.S. Open title in 2004.
