Featured Recipe: Quick and Delicious Breakfast Smoothie

Perfect Breakfast Protein Smoothie
From the Kitchen of: David Moss

  • 1-2 scoops Vanilla Protein Ultimate*
  • 1-2 cups of mixed organic frozen berries
  • ¼ cup ground oatmeal
  • 10 oz water

Instructions: mix the above in a blender and enjoy for less than 300 calories!!!

TIPS:

  • grind your regular oats in a food processor
