Perfect Breakfast Protein Smoothie

- 1-2 scoops Vanilla Protein Ultimate*
- 1-2 cups of mixed organic frozen berries
- ¼ cup ground oatmeal
- 10 oz water
Instructions: mix the above in a blender and enjoy for less than 300
calories!!!
TIPS:
- grind your regular oats in a food processor
